How it works02

Write it. Aim it.
Forget about it.

You handle the message and the list. Our print plant handles the printing, the envelopes, the addressing, and the trip to the post office.

Make the piece

Drop in finished artwork or tweak a template. Add merge fields, photos, and a QR code that's unique to every person who gets it.

Choose who gets it

Upload contacts, pull a fresh list from the Lead List Builder, or let an automation decide. One recipient works exactly like a thousand.

It lands in mailboxes

Each piece is printed in our own plant when it's needed, addressed, and handed to USPS. Postcard printing is included — postage is the line item.

Greeting cards03

Looks like it came
from a friend.

Postcards get the word out. Greeting cards get remembered. Members send full-color 5×7 cards that show up looking like real personal mail — because, envelope to stamp, they are.

A

A proper white envelope

Sealed and sent like a note from someone they know — not a flyer.

B

Blue "handwritten" addressing

A handwriting-style font in blue ink, so it doesn't scream mail merge.

C

A real First-Class stamp

An actual stamp in the corner, not a bulk-rate permit box.

D

Cards included every month

Your allotment refreshes monthly. You pay the 82¢ USPS postage on each card — at cost.

Use cases04

Inboxes are full.
Mailboxes aren't.

When printing stops costing extra, you stop saving mail for "big" campaigns and start using it for the small, well-timed moments that actually move people.

  1. Win-backs

Customers who went quiet get a personal nudge and a reason to come back — not another unopened email.

  2. Reviews & referrals

Hand them a QR code that goes straight to your review page or referral offer. Every scan is tracked to the person.

  3. Welcome the new movers

Say hi to households that just arrived in your service area before your competitor's magnet does.

  4. Seasonal reminders

Tune-ups, renewals, check-ups, cleanings. Put the reminder on the counter where it gets seen twice a day.

  5. Farm a neighborhood

Real estate pros: work FSBOs, expireds, and a geographic farm with steady, named mail — no bulk minimums.

  6. Say thank you

A card after the job, the closing, or the first order. Small, cheap, and wildly memorable.

  • Demographics like age and income
  • Life events that trigger decisions

Who's lurking on your website?

Ask about the Anonymous Visitor ID add-on. It can help identify site visitors so you can follow up with a postcard or a card instead of a guess.

The platform06

Free printing is the hook.
This is the rest.

Personalization

Names, photos, offers, and custom fields merged into every single piece.

Dynamic QR codes

One unique code per recipient, so you know exactly who responded — not just how many.

Real-time scan alerts

Get a real-time alert when someone scans. That's the moment to call.

Automations

Birthdays, anniversaries, onboarding, and recurring sends that run themselves.

Zapier & CRM

Trigger mail from CRM tags and push scans and campaign events back where your team works.

Our own print plant

We print, address, and mail every piece ourselves. No printer, no mail house, no stacks in the back office.

No minimums

A single card is a perfectly valid order. Never buy inventory you might not use.

Contact management

Keep customers organized for retention, appreciation, and reactivation campaigns.

Automations07

Set it once.
It mails forever.

The follow-up you mean to send is the one that never goes out. Pick a trigger, and the right card or postcard leaves on schedule — then tells you who responded.

Scan → text alert

The moment a recipient scans their code, you can get a real-time heads-up.

Scan → next step

A scan can create a CRM task, send a text, or start a nurture sequence.

Tag → mail

Tag a contact in your CRM and a card is on its way, via Zapier.

Savings depend on mailing consistently every month; if you only mail now and then, a pay-per-piece service may cost less. Competitor figures reflect publicly listed rates at the time of writing and may change. The OnlyPostage card example includes USPS postage; SOC's per-card rates are treated as including the stamp, which may overstate SOC's cost if they bill postage separately. Illustrative estimate only. Postage uses current USPS single-piece rates (in effect since July 12, 2026): 65¢ for 4×6 postcards; 82¢ (Forever stamp) for 5.5×8.5 / 5×7 / 5.5×11 pieces and greeting cards in envelopes. We pass postage through at the USPS rate with no markup, so it moves when USPS rates do. Jumbo postcards add 35¢ print per piece. Greeting cards beyond your plan's monthly allotment use an assumed placeholder print rate of $1.00 each; the real overage rate isn't set yet, so estimates above your allotment are rough. SendOutCards® presets use that plan's publicly listed monthly fee, included cards and per-card rate (treated as including postage); postcards there are an assumption of 50% of the card rate, not a published figure — confirm on their site. Nothing here is a guarantee of savings — confirm current pricing before you enroll.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Prepaid annual and 3-month terms run through the paid period and aren't refunded. Included cards don't roll over to the next month. USPS postage (passed through at cost) and taxes are extra, as are these product charges: the 35¢ jumbo 5.5×11 print, greeting cards beyond your monthly allotment, Lead List Builder records (~10¢ each), and the optional Anonymous Visitor ID add-on. Plan pricing may change before launch; postage follows USPS rates.

FAQ11

Fair
questions.

Short answers, no fine-print gymnastics. Still have a question? Add it when you request early access and we'll answer it directly.

Get early access
01Is the postcard printing actually free?

On 4×6, 5×7 and 5.5×8.5 postcards, yes: with an active membership the print cost is $0. You pay the USPS postage — we pass it through at the USPS rate with no markup — plus any taxes and the optional extras you choose (lead lists, the Visitor ID add-on, or greeting cards beyond your allotment). The 5.5×11 jumbo has a 35¢ print charge.

02Which sizes can I send, and what do they cost?

4×6 postcards mail at the USPS postcard rate, currently 65¢. 5.5×8.5 and 5×7 postcards mail at the letter (Forever stamp) rate, currently 82¢. The 5.5×11 jumbo carries a 35¢ print charge plus 82¢ postage. 5×7 greeting cards in envelopes mail for 82¢. These are the USPS single-piece rates in effect since July 12, 2026, and our prices follow USPS whenever they change.

03What makes the greeting cards different?

They're full-color 5×7 cards sealed in a white envelope, addressed in a blue handwriting-style font, with a real First-Class stamp. Basic includes 50 a month and Professional includes 200; you cover the USPS postage.

04Do I have to order a minimum?

No. One postcard is a legitimate order. So is ten thousand. There's no penalty for small runs and nothing to stockpile.

05Why print on demand instead of in bulk?

Bulk printing means paying up front for a pallet of cards that go stale in a closet. On-demand prints exactly what's mailed, when it's mailed — which is what makes steady, personal follow-up affordable.

06Can I use my own design?

Yes. Upload your own high-resolution artwork, save it for future sends, or start from a template and customize it.

07How does the Lead List Builder work?

Filter by geography, property and ownership details, demographics, and life events — plus real estate lists like FSBOs, expireds, listing drop-offs, and farms. Leads run about 10¢ each and include first and last names.

08What happens when someone scans the QR code?

Every recipient can get their own code and landing page. When they scan, you can receive a real-time alert and automatically kick off the next step: a CRM task, a text, a nurture sequence, or a thank-you card.

09Will it talk to my CRM?

Through Zapier, OnlyPostage connects to the apps you already use. Trigger mail from CRM tags, and send scans and campaign activity back into your existing tools.

10Who does the printing and mailing?

We do. OnlyPostage prints every piece on demand in our own print plant, then addresses it and hands it to USPS. There's no reseller or outside mail house in the middle.

11Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime, and access runs through the end of the month you've paid for. Prepaid annual and 3-month terms run through the paid period and aren't refunded. Included cards reset monthly and don't roll over.
